Let's try this a SECOND time?


Hey everyone,

I know that I’ve been updating this page a lot as of recent with new versions of the game, but I think (more so hope) I finally cracked the case with regards to the unnecessarily fast health depletion. Turns out I wasn’t taking into account dynamic frame rates when handling my meter timers. Therefore, even though the gameplay is more manageable on some devices (such as mine), it may not run the same way for other devices of different architectures… no matter how much buffer time I put for the timers. So, I went ahead and updated the code to account for that, and hopefully that solves the issues some of y’all been having.

This’ll most likely be the last set of bug fixes I’ll make for now, since I probably spent way too much time postmortem on this and need to give other jam projects my attention. Nonetheless, I still wanted to try and fix these problems while things were still fresh from release. At the end of the day, I want everyone to be able to play my game to the fullest extent.

Hopefully this is it, though, and I do sincerely apologize for the initial troubles.
